1004MC CONDO AND COOP SECTION (CONFUSING BOX)

On the 1004MC, at the top of the condo section, there is an empty box to the right of the text, "If the subject is a unit in a condominium or cooperative project, complete the following:" Does anyone know what goes in this box? "Complete the following" is not a question or something that I can answer. The next box over, to the right of the box in question, is self-explanatory, "Project Name:" I use WinTotal, maybe there isn't suppose to be box to fill at all. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Simply state "Condominium" if it is a condo. It seems a little confusing but it's meant to be a simple question, don't over think it.
