How about a few comments from those that have attended Patrick's 1004MC workshop so far. Some local lenders here are requiring it starting this week. I have heard that those institutions have been approached by their appraisers for an increase in fees due to amount of time they spent working on the form. An increase of $50.00 being the concensus that was being asked for and granted to the appraiser. I have not yet been able to confirm the fee payments but that goes to show you that never know what you might get if you only ask for it.; ▶ Reply to This
