Anyone completing REO's for Fannie Mae experiencing very slow in payments and/or not paying for assignments? I called Fannie Mae on the phone last week asking about the several accounts that we have which are unpaid and the person I spoke to gave me an email address (Vendor Relation).
I then scanned every invoice and emailed them to them. They sent an e-mail me back with a statement we received when we first contacted them about this issue.
We have forwarded your e-mail to the proper individual in the Fannie Mae Business Unit that will be able to assist you with this issue. You should hear from them within the next few business days.

Fannie Mae has paid us in the past usually within 2 weeks. Last month alone we completed 16 assignments for them and still have not received any payments. And this month is showing that they are going to break last months record, so far this month we have received 8 orders.

Do you receive your assignments directly from FNMA? I am in the Cleveland, OH area. Do you have a contact for me to get on the fee panel?
Thank you!

Finally Fannie Mae sent us a check, and it wasn't an IOU.

Work right from Fannie Mae, this is interesting. First I have heard of this. Also, I wonder why my photo is not showing up. I uploaded it and clicked on show all? : (

Paula, you have to make it your default photo for it to show up when you "talk"

About 5 or 6 months ago Fannie got behind of a few orders, they typically sent checks within a week, they were taking about 3-4 weeks, when I contacted them they said it was system wide. I did notice a slowdown in REO orders with them over the summer, I hope they haven't gone the BPO route.
