how about removing the HVCC topics which appear on top of topics?

These were great 6 months ago but are very dated and not new any longer. We are all feeling the pain of the HVCC we dont need a reminder. At least make them a unsticky...sorry craig I made up a word..

Hello is anyone out there?
There is a new amendment which is more important then a 6 month old letter begging to delay the HVCC.
HVCC test period will be over in 8 months+/-...I suppose these links/stickies about a HVCC delay will still remain even then..
Lets keep this place up to date...
