Lender's service has added a new requirement of there own for getting FHA assignments. We all had to pass a comprehensive FHA exam when we were approved to be on the FHA roster. Now Lender's has taken upon the task of having all there certified appraiser's take there FHA exam and score 80% at least to receive FHA assignments by October 30, 2009 and after that date they will remove you from receiving FHA assignments.

YOU, may have taken a comprehensive exam, but many did not. FHA did away with the exam process a couple of years ago.

I was not aware that they did away with the exam. To bad I thought it was a good exam and everyone should take it.
