New 1004 MC Form

Hi,

Just wanted to know have anyone ever used the 1004mc form?

It is dealing with market conditions in an detailed manner. Do you charge extra for this form?

You'll find several discussions on this form including free excel programs that will assist in filling it out. The general consenus is we should be paid more for it but I havent heard of anyone willing to pay more for it at this point. Most of the info is things we were to be doing before just now they have a strict format to put it in. Check out the Forum for the excel programs they are terrific and what a great generous spirt from the appraisers that wrote them and have offered them to the rest of us for free.; ▶ Reply to This

The top is for other. However, when I run ACI review master, it's goes crazy on me and wants me to fill out the top portion. Is this ACI, just behind in their service. Or, does the upper portion need filling out? Wow, if it does, that would make no sense to me. HELP- anyone, Please; ▶ Reply to This
