Non-paying Clients

I want to warn everybody, especially the Florida group, about an AMC in Ruskin, Florida known as the Appraisal Solution, Inc. The owner is a slimeball named Brandon Waters. I did two appraisals for this guy back in September and simply cannot get him to pay. Neither one of the appraisals worked out well, one of the houses was a one-bedroom house and the other was in a severely declining market. Be that as it may, this guy has promised me over and over that he would pay and has given all the usual promises and excuses but he is just a liar.

Take his work and his word if you want to, but a wise person will heed my advice and turn this guy down cold unless you can get paid at the door. If we shut this turkey down, he will stop this garbage. I suspect we will see a lot of this junk in the near future when every dimwit appraiser starts an AMC and every washed up mortgage broker sees another chance to make a fortune.

You're right. When it became apparent he wasn't going to pay me, I went to his website because he wouldn't return my phone calls. Not very professional. I have kept track of all his emails to me. In Alabama, you can complain to the Department of Banking and they will penalize the company. I am going to see if Florida has the same process.; ▶ Reply to This

He claims he knows all of the appraisers that talk dirt about him and his so-called company. He's a scammer! He owes me $425.00 and even got paid for the appraisal by the borrower who is an 85 year old man! The poor guy says the loan company (1st Continental Mtg) don't call him back either (I bet both companies are in Brandon Water's name?) This guy needs to be stopped! I have harassed him all day today once I found out he was a scam.....I sent him quotes of negative comments about him and his company. Their website has been down from the get go.....they are not legitimate and need to be brought down! Anyone want to join me?; ▶ Reply to This

You will hear from them all day long to follow up on the order, the inspection, did the inspection take place, when will the order be complete, is the order going to be in today,....thats about 6 calls from them in 3 days. Now after 30 days and you have not receive payment.. It's silence or I don't know, or leave a message with accounting!! I wish I had enrolled many years ago to Deadbeatlistings.com. That would have saved me lot of time and aggrevation. I will report to the Office of Attorney General and other legal seeking action, just to get them out. These guys have set up a FALSE business and it's a scam! We need to get Dateline, 20/20 or one of the news media teams to do a report on these guys and other alike! A contact at the Atlanta HOC told me I should file a complaint with them. As always, and as they have told me before, they won't help collect the money but they may be able to shut 1st Continental down for a little while. I don't know that they can do anything about B-hole and A-hole Waters. And I don't know that they are tied in with 1st Continental. I am currently reviewing a local appraiser who did some work for 1st Continental. The appraisal orders didn't go through Browndog and Scamber Rotters but I wonder if he got paid for them. Too bad that I am about to stick it to him. Maybe he'll know better next time. I know I do. $800 is a good learning experience.; ▶ Reply to This

He claims that he "knows" the people making derogatory comments about him and that he has already paid them....huh, he's a huge liar. He claims to be reading these comments as well. I have also reported him to the authorities, so I hope he's brought down very soon. The elderly man he stole the money from is baffled by Brandon's cunning behavior, as well as Matt D. from 1st Continental Mtg. The poor man can't get anyone to answer the phone now that they got his $450.00 from his credit card that they insisted on him using!; ▶ Reply to This

Hey Scamber, where's the $800 that you and that jerkwad Brandon cheated me out of? Don't think I've forgotten about that. Also, HUD knows all about you. That was easy since I am an FHA review appraiser. I have a lot of contacts at the Atlanta HOC. They are aware of you and all of those slimy "clients" of yours as well. Also, don't think that there's not a lawsuit hanging out there sweetie. Your ass is grass and I'm a lawnmower. It's punkasses like you and Brandon that give AMCs a bad name. I've had at least 20 Appraisers contact me about non payment from The Appraisal Solution Inc, Brandon Waters and Amber Waters. Some of these appraisers are owed for 3 and 4 reports!!!! I know you haven't paid me either. The Appraisal solution still owes me $350 dollars. They owe a friend of mind for 2 reports and they have already been to court and granted a judgement.
