Patrick, I also took a a class in Richmond where you showed the Excel spreadsheet and said if I joined this group I could get the form , instructions and varies other SOW disclaimers...How do I get them....

I took a class on the 1004MC form with Acheson appraisal and they had a excel spreadsheet that helps to organize the data needed for the 1004MC. I can get my data and I have the spreadsheet, but I can not get the two together. I set up a custom search for each column for the 1004MC but when I export it, all the data does not show up. Has anybody worked with this yet??

Hi Patrick,
I hope all is well! I too would be interested in your software. As a student of yours in the past I am aware of the detail you provided in your courses. Unfortioante for me I was unable to attend the Alamode Phoenix workshop (By the way THANK YOU Alamode). Time running out for those of us that have been either unwilling or unable to take care of business. I took an online course and it was ok and have viewed the Fannie Mae presentation I am most likly going to purchase David Brauns program as I have purchased his other progams and I find them to be quality products. With that said I am also interested in your software being a Las Vegan I think you understand our uniqueness in the industry.

Is Patrick Egger software somewhere to find so I can download it. I have many client starting early and I would like to get started with it. I was in his class in Kansas City and just wanting to start going with it.
