I went to Mahoning Valley Institute class this weekend. I really wonder how long this form will be around.

Do me a favor and see what your instructor says about market/neighborhood definitions (especially with a Fannie Mae twist).

Live in Dover -- licensed since 1991 (think it is called grandfathered but I am a grandmother); cover Tuscarawas, Carroll, Coshocton, Harrison, Holmes and Stark counties.

Our company name fits well for this group. We are in Columbus OH and were established 5 years ago. I have been appraising real estate since 1996 and am on the VA appraiser panel in Franklin Co. We have two other licensed appraisers and two more who are licensed as trainees. We cover Franklin and all adjacent counties.
