New AMC in So Cal created By SoCal Appraiser

I decided in 2008 that I needed to do something about the impending HVCC changes. I have worked for some of the big AMC's in the past and they are as horrible people. So I created an AMC for SoCal appraisers. I understand the appraiser's point of view because I am an appraiser.
