Hello everyone........

I am ready to help Brian! I am Tim's wife, the one who has the time to socialize and be creative. I am looking forward to learning from many of you as I venture into new waters! Tim as well. (of course his questions and interest will lie in the technical side of appraising)

My main question for all of you: Any one know of an assistant to the appraiser like me who has skills in marketing, sales, webdesign, programming and/or writing. I am going solo with my business venture and would love to find a person who may have the same ambition.

Please let me know so we can learn and grow from one another!
