I downloaded this app over the weekend and it has some great potential for an appraiser’s toolbox.

Uses would include:
GENERAL TASK MANAGEMENT: Fire off the quick voice note while you’re on the road, and the program will email the audio up to as many as 3 default email addresses.

COMPARABLE PHOTOS/LOCATION: In the field, record your audio. When you return to the office you can either playback the file on the iphone or retrieve your email. In addition to the audio file, it will plot the location via Google maps.

Per the developer info, version 3 of the program will also add transcription service which will be an additional plus.

I have included a test audio file that would also have the location set.
