What if your iPhone could also display your location on a map that pinpoints nearby homes for sale and any that have recently changed hands?

That's the promise of the new location-based iPhone application unveiled today by property valuation and listings giant Zillow.

Does it bother anyone that appraisers have to go through so much education, continuing education, scrutinization, USPAP, HVCC, E&O insurance, expenses, threat of fines and losing your license if your wording is off and then there is the "valuation giant" Zillow that doesn't have to adhere anything?
