I am a State Certified Residential Appraiser in Texas and FHA Approved. I have current E&O coverage.

I have over 6 years experience in the appraisal industry. I have worked for a large firm in NY covering NYC and Long Island. While at that company I helped manage an office consisting of 20 appraisers, recieved and distributed 500+ orders a month to appraisers, scheduled inspections for appraisers, provided extensive pre-inspection research for field appraisers, inspected homes with field appraisers, typed appraisal reports, and implemented prospect packet and website to attract more business.

After taking a short break to attend college I got back into the appraisal field when I moved to Dallas, TX. For the past 3.5 years I have been performing appraisals in the DFW Metroplex. I have experience appraising Singe Family, Multi Family, Condos, Townhomes, Manufactured, Vacant Land, Field Reviews, and Desk Reviews.

Due to the downsizing of my current place of employment I am forced to look for work elsewhere. I am hoping that someone is looking for a young professional appraiser who is hungry to learn and excited for what new opportunites can bring.

I am looking for an appraiser in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls, NY area that is looking to take on a trainee.
