A little help needed for a beginner grapher

I have recently received Anthony's DVD and am starting to play around with graphs. On a graph I am trying to complete showing the median sales price for a 5 year time period between 2004- 2008, the X axis lists the date points as 1,2, 3,4 5 instead of the years which I have listed in a column in my excel worksheet. I'm sure it's an easy fix but for the life of me, I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
