SMART Appraiser 1004MC Does It Again - Major New "Automated" Enhancement.

SMART Extra Addendum Is only 1 page now, but the 3 page Graph Addendum Is Still An Option.

I like the Sub-Market paragraph SMART auto generates and:
"Inventory" line: 11 months.
Absorption Rate Line: 1.0
Volume % 50%
Median $ -10.98%

All of this took about 1 minute to populate.
