The AZ Appraiser Conference a few weeks ago convinced me that appraisers really can unite. Yet I just don't see any fire in such a group opportunity as here. Is there simply no issue common to most appraisers and worthy of passion?

I was hoping that Appraisers Watercooler would be a big success, attracting many to sign-in and leading to interesting discussions about contemporary issues truly needing addressed. AW has stalled.
