Business is slow for me too. I have a few clients that call every now & then. I started doing some REO work for a broker that has listings. It has helped some.

You might consider joining a business group where leads are generated. There may be attorneys, cpa, financial planners, mortgage and real estate individuals. Develope relationships and they will give you leads. Good luck. I know we are all slow.
