You'll have to wait til beginning of March 2009 for the harvest. I generally pickup 5lbs every few days from early March through April....they bigger and better as the season progresses. Yeah, I love them too.

I hope there is a harvest in 2009, honestly. It hasn't rained in Louisiana since the Hurricanes in early September, not any significant rain anyway. The ground here is cracking, grass is brittle. I hope Louisiana isn't entering into the drought period like Alabama/Georgia have been going through. Bill
