General info request - anyone have access to residential studies of the contributory value of solar electric. Yes I have the SunPower community data. National or state wide for California would be of interest. Thanks in advance.

Glad you put these FHA items out here - more shake up for the AMC business model that - will not be - the only game in town. The transparency of fee disclosure and proper identification is something I support - consumers have a right to know what ...

I would agree HR 3044 would not do much to address the Realtor's concerns. The issue here again comes back to the appraisal profession and the need to maintain public trust. All the regulations and requirements that are set forth for appraisers ar...

That must be it. I worked in BofA's Appraisal Department for 15 years between 1989 and 2004. I was in the Pleasant Hill location between 1995 and 2000. I was Vice President/Operations for the National Appraisal Assignment Center from its inception to when I was layed off due to the Nations Bank "merger". I moved up to Sacramento and a few months later was hired back on with BofA and worked for Alice Willis as a staff appraiser until I left in 2004. Are you on your own now or working for a different bank?

Hi, Mark. Do I know you from BofA? I noticed your name on one of the REAA newsletters and then I saw you at the last REAA meeting and you looked really familiar. Did you used to (or still) work for BofA? It seems maybe we crossed paths.

Thanks for sharing the newsletter around. It has been a big hit! I am getting great feedback (not just feedback on the typos either). I haven't seen Renee in quite some time. I do see her postings on the REAA Yahoo groups forum from time to time. How is she?

I woke up a couple of days ago thinking about the HVCC, Fannie and Freddie and said " We did that!"

And while it may not be entirely true, who is to say that we did not have the impact that we intended?
