If your MLS is on Rappatoni, they heve a fantastic new function along the top of the page "TRENDS" - it builds graphs you can append to your appraisal report and/or CMA (Are you an appraiser?) to give extra validity to your conclusions on the 1004MC. Anyway , glad to meet you!! (PS) I'm in Northern CA.
