My hair was blonde as a kid and continues to get darker every year - except for those pesky gray/white hairs that keep sprouting! My oldest, Alex is 5 and he looks a lot like me. May be hard to tell in that picture. My youngest will be 4 in May and looks like his daddy. I've got the blue eyes and my husband has the brown eyes.

I did a trip down the south fork of the American River. I'd have to say that I am a fair weather person and it needs to get much warmer before I climb into a boat. :-)

How have you been? I haven't seen you around lately. Are you still appraising full time? Business has been the same for me - swamped or dead.

I will be working at Best of Sacramento, a charity event this thursday for the March of Dimes pouring wine for Winery by the Creek so I wont be at the installation dinner. I do take some AI classes but have not actually joined, they have been slated towards commercial appraisers for quite some time but recently they have said they want to attract more residential appraisers.
