Sandra,
There has been something bothering me since your posting. In it I believe you said that you had not received any assignment since you receive the letter from Chase. Does that mean you haven't received any work from Chase, or you haven't received work from anybody. If it is the latter, the implications are dire. It would mean there is a master list somewhere and you or anyone else that lands on that list has had their lively hood destroyed and I don't believe anybody has the right to do that. That has to be a serious breech of the law.
Please tell me I misunderstood.

I still say that if the review is not signed, an appraiser did not review the report; otherwise, why wouldn't he or she sign it?
