Countrywide switching over to AppraisalPort is the ultimate insult. AppraisalPort was intended for use by banks, not management companies. Typically, the banks such as Bank of America, Washingon Mutual, etc. would pay full fee and the AP cost to t...
then i will chalk that as a good 'missed opportunity'.... you plan on attending the next meeting? Maybe you can stick around for a few minutes after.... the last i went to wth the review guy.. i gave a simple wave... then when i went to say hi.... you were gone.. just swooped out of there!
yea...the pics are a bunch of liars... i'm not looking all magnified or anything, but it looks like you have the brown eyes..hahah.... even in person, i cant say i've looked into the depths of your eyes... i mean.... we're just forum friends! hahahaah....
but yea... you do got some cute kids..
as for those pesky gray hairs... none for me yet... if i get my grandpas hair... i will have none... if i get my dads geneology... i'll be balding soon!...head it too full of hair for that!
Whats with the no pics of the hubby? I mean, you're on here all the freaking time!
if all i do is make one person laugh today... my mission is accomplished. Humor gets people through a lot!
Let me just clarify.... and no offense... i wasnt inviting you to the trip tomorrow.. haha... i meant in july...
our boat for tomorrow is full :P
As for the boys.... ummm... yea... the brownish/blond hair throws it off... dad must have that color hair, huh?
You look at my kids... I'm sure there's no doubt!
But your kids are cute...got their mommy's looks huh? :P
maybe the smile... at least the little guy...
how old are they?
i dont blame you....we normally dont go until June/July... but my sister came up from NM, for her once a year trip... and I had to take her. So if you want to go... let me know...and maybe an estimate of people who might go... we usually run 2 boats.. but we can get 3 if need be... thats 7 people per boat...
I will say... my guide... used to work for RMA rafting for like 10 years... but is now an appraiser.... just to make you feel safer about it :)
Nice pics of the kids... yours i would imagine, right?
Its getting better... I was making a move out of the lending field. That is progressing a bit. Work has been 'steady' for about 2 months. I kind of implored Anthony's techniques. Help now, and it comes back. I've taking his and others teachings and spread them through my network. I've been doing reviews and talking to the appraisers on the reviews explaining things and trying to make them better. It takes time... but i think its paying off. Outside of that... I got 3 kids, working on getting divorce (unfortunately) stuff dealt with. Been trying to take 2 days or so a month for me, and life is happier. Things kind of work themselves out, it just takes time. Going white water rafting tomorrow... maybe i can get you and your husband out sometime! Always looking to fill a boat. Its fun... usually go 2-3x's a year...this is the first... might be a bit cold.. but still fun. Usually costs about $50-60/person... but better than through company... $129-169/person..
Otherwise..business good.. for now
Tiffany, I never got to thank you for being there at the Appraisal Institute meeting. I do apologize for walking away from you at the end, I just had to run and say goodbye to someone before they left, and when i looked back, you had already gone. Again, I appreciate you being a face i could talk to when we were all just standing around, and i hope i get that chance to return the favor of a drink on me. Hope business is well for you, Thanks again.

I actually managed a national appraisal operation for 3 years and then got tired of travel and worked for WAMU a few years, then opened my own practice about 3 years ago. Really glad to be a part of REAA - meeting lots of good people. Introduce yourself next time - I am on the corporarte board and I am sure you will see me in Sacramento in the future.
