Try opening Excel, go to the downloaded file, From the files of type, choose ALL FILES Highlight and open, Text Import Wizard step 1 choose delimited step 2, tell Excel what seperates the data, probaly comma then next and finish

I'm using the Macholz method of downloading the MLS data from Rapattoni SAcramento MLS - when I highlight the results and try to "Copy", I get a message "That command cannot be used on multiple selections" - All the columns are adjacent and in the...
